First call of the “Spirit of Adventure”

11.09.2007

On Tuesday, 11th of September the passenger ship “Spirit of Adventure”,  owned by the English  Saga Cruises,  was moored at Passenger terminal of Koper for the first time. Of the 339 passengers embarked, a third took part of different pleasure trips along the Slovanian coast and Postumia caves. As usual on these occasions, representatives of Luka Koper and Consortium of the passenger terminal handed over to the master a commemoration gift.
139 meter long beauty came to Koper from Revenna and headed the same day to Venezia, and further on to the Mediterranean.
The successful season of incoming passenger ships is proceeding nicely ahead, until the end of the year we expect some 21 ships more while the estimated throughput of passengers is 25,000.
