In late July, the rail operator Baltic Rail, the company Adria Transport and Luka Koper signed a letter on collaboration as to the additional activities aimed at the increase of transport volume on the relation from Koper to Poland and back. In late 2011, a train per week started operating on this relation (according to the new schedule, its departure from Koper will be on Thursdays) whilst starting Sunday, September 9th, another pair of trains will link Luka Koper with Slawkow Terminal, with a stop in Vienna (departures on Monday). The train is commercially marketed by the Baltic Rail. For more information on timetable click here.
