Today, on the 20th of April 2012, the Information day for the project MOS4MOS took place in Koper.
The project MOS4MOS (Monitoring and observation services for motorways of the sea) is a  TEN-T Action that started in March 2011 and will be concluded in May 2012. There are 28 partners from 4 countries, namely from Spain, Italy, Greece and Slovenia, participating in it . 
During the Information day representatives of Intereuropa d.d. and Luka Koper d.d., the Slovene partners of MOS4MOS, presented together with external experts the functioning of the IT solutions that were developed in the framework of the MOS4MOS project through demo videos.
A
mong the most important solutions are the connection between the system of the Maritime Administration and Luka Koper regarding vessel announcement, the execution of MRN verification through the connection with the system of the Custom Administration, simplification of procedures for the preparation of exit cargo manifests, the informatization of truck announcements.
The representatives of the Maritime Administration, Custom Administration and Ministry for Infrastructure and Spatial planning of the RS took part at the event.

 

The Information day that will take place in Barcelona on the 26th and 27th of April 2012, will gather the complete partnership and will show all the prototypes’ developments.The project is co-financed by 50% by the European Union.
