The Supervisory Board has on Friday, 16th October 2009, appointed Mr. Tomaž Martin Jamnik as vice-president of the Luka Koper in charge of sales and operations. The Supervisory Board did not discuss the appointment of the member of the board for finance.
The president of the Supervisory Board, Mr. Janez Požar said the commission of the Supervisory Board received 45 applications and asked for additional time to appoint the member of the board who will be in charge of finance.
Tomaž Martin Jamnik, who was previously the procurator of the company, declared as his first task to intensify marketing activities in order to increase revenues.
