Shareholders were also informed about the Company’s performance in 2025 and approved the remuneration report for members of the Company’s management and supervisory bodies. They granted discharge to the supervisory board and the management board for their work in the 2025 financial year. In addition, they approved the proposal regarding the remuneration and attendance fees for members of the supervisory board and its committees.

Shareholders were also informed about changes in the composition of the Company’s supervisory board. Based on a decision of the Workers’ Council of Luka Koper, the terms of office of supervisory board members – employee representatives Rok Parovel, Mladen Jovičić, and Mehrudin Vuković were revoked on 11 August last year. The following day, new employee representatives were appointed to the supervisory board: David Krmac, Jure Jambrošič, and Mara Žerjal.

As the mandate of supervisory board member Tomaž Benčina expires on 7 June, the general meeting appointed Urška Kežmah, PhD as a new shareholder representative on the supervisory board.
