Between 16th to 19th November, traditional Luka Koper Days were held in Vienna, Bratislava and Budapest – three major capitals in Central Europe’s Danube Basin . , and rank among Koper’s most important foreign markets, and these three events provided a forum in which company management was able to meet with local business partners and potential new clients. Indeed, the response was extremely favourable, and a number of representatives of agents, forwarding agencies and local companies which – in conjunction with Luka Koper – form the backbone of the Slovenian logistics platform in Central and Southeastern Europe , were also in attendance. 

President of the Luka Koper Management Board, Gregor Veselko, together with Board member Tomaž Martin Jamnik, and the heads of various terminal operations at the Port of Koper , introduced their guests to developments and infrastructure acquisitions at Luka Koper, as well as the various possibilities that these now afford the customer. Among other things, the Management Board President assured all those present that the Port of Koper will continue to develop as a significant logistics centre serving the overseas trade needs of its Central European partners.
