At today’s regular meeting, the Supervisory Board of Luka Koper took note of the agreement on early termination of the term of office and employment of the President of the Management Board Boštjan Napast with Luka Koper and based on this adopted its resolution. Mr. Boštjan Napast will hold the office of President of the Management Board until 30 June 2023 inclusive.
The Supervisory Board also decided to launch as soon as possible an open competition for the appointment of a new Management Board. For the period from 1 July 2023 until the conclusion of the appointment procedure, Board Member Nevenka Kržan will take over the management of the Management Board as President.

The decision to leave early was particularly difficult, not least because of my excellent colleagues, but in the end, the desire to face new business challenges in a different sector prevailed. I leave Luka Koper in good shape and I am confident that it will continue its successful business trends in the future.”
