Port of Koper has become a member of EcoPorts Foundation – a distinguished network of ports and port related stakeholders which share environmental experience, address ecology problems and join forces in search of long-term solutions.
Founders of the foundation are some of the biggest European ports: Rotterdam, Amsterdam, Antwerp, Genoa, Hamburg and British Port Association. EcoPorts primary purpose is organization of international conferences, seminars and common projects.
Being an active member is a confirmation of environmental awareness and proactive behavior on the international level.
