Metrans has on 15th January 2018 launched a new direct service between Linz and Koper Container terminal. The service provides three departures from Linz per week to Koper and complements the existing services connecting Port of Koper with Austria. Various railway operators offer services also to Graz, Villach and Enns with onward connection to major Austrian logistic and industrial centres.
