In December 2004 our Dry Bulk Terminal received the certificate Non – GMO Certification in accordance to the BRC Standard for the Supply of Identity Preserved Non-Genetically Modified Food Ingredients and Product.
The certificate confirms that the established system on the terminal ensures separate handling and warehousing of non genetically modified soya and so that risks in connection to the contamination of the goods with genetically modified soya no longer exist.
The external judgement was carried out by the Belgian company SGS.
