The subject of sale is an used mobile crane LIEBHERR LTM 1050.1 (hereinafter: the equipment). The company Adria Terminali d.o.o., Sežana is on sale due to non-use.

Equipment that is the subject for sale is for sale to the best bidder as a complete set. Equipment that is the subject for sale is located in company Adria terminali d.o.o., which is owned by Luka Koper, d.d.
2. Location of subject and view of subject
Equipment that is the subject for sale is located in company Adria terminali d.o.o., Partizanska cesta 79, Sežana, which is subject to customs supervision. View of equipment is possible from the 09:00 to 13:00 o’clock. 3. Terms of sale
- The offerer submitting the offer for the purchase of the whole equipment will be prioritised in the purchase of the equipment,
- The equipment will be sold to the Buyer submitting the highest price for the equipment,
- The equipment will be sold on the basis of the ’’as if’’ clause. Any objection, either real or in the legal form and/or claims towards Adria terminali d.o.o. shall not be feasible and are explicitly excluded,
- In the offer it should be stated that the offer for the purchase of the equipment is submitted on the basis of the clause ‘’as if’’,
- The invoice will be issue within five days from the date of the selection of the Buyer submitting the higher price for the equipment, in compliance with the terms of the sale as specified in this invitation for the submission of offers with respect to the purchase of the equipment,
- The acceptance of the equipment by the Buyer will be carried out after the settled payment of the purchase price the Buyer will be liable to settle within the term of 15 days from the receipt of the invoice for the purchase of the equipment,
- All taxes, contributions and eventual other duties will be borne by the Buyer,
- The offerer submitting the offer for the acceptance undertakes to bear all eventual expenses related to the bringing out of the equipment from the Adria terminali d.o.o.,
- All violations related to the acceptance of the equipment and its bringing out from the Adria terminali d.o.o., will be borne exclusively by the Buyer. In the event the Vendor is liable to pay any sum in this respect, the Buyer will be liable to reimburse this sum at Vendor’s first call.
4. The submission of offer
On closed envelope please write »NE ODPIRAJ – PONUDBA ZA NAKUP AVTODVIGALA« and send within 10.2.2017, till 15:00 o’clock at the following address: ADRIA TERMINALI D.O.O., Partizanska cesta 79, 6210 Sežana, Slovenija.
Late offers will not be considered. Adria terminali d.o.o. reserves the right not to select any of received bidders for the purchase.
5. Legal form of the invitation related to the purchase of the equipment
This invitation for the submission of the offers for the purchase of the equipment is not binding for Adria terminali d.o.o., and therefore it will have the right not to select none of submitted offers.
